Carolina Yoga Company is blending the convenience of preliminary online instruction led by studio owner, author, and master trainer Sage Rountree, PhD, E-RYT500 (available January 1, 2026, for you to complete anywhere in the world) with a spectacular, immersive 14-day in-person component led by global retreat leader Amy Boerner, E-RYT500 (May 12–26, 2026) at one of the most stunning locations imaginable: Jungle Bay Resort in the Commonwealth of Dominica, one of the Windward Islands in the Lesser Antilles!
