1 all-day excursion to Isla Espirita Santo, a UNESCO Heritage Site, for hiking, snorkeling & swimming with colorful fish and sea lions.
Optional afternoon excursion to the quaint town of Todos Santos, where art galleries abound, as well as the original Hotel California!
All meals are prepared with local organic ingredients whenever possible and can accommodate vegetarian and GF requests.
Group transportation to and from the airport in Cabo San Lucas.

All suites are well appointed with organic linens and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.
Each suite is designed to sleep multiple guests and has an en suite bathroom. There are 2 suites with queen beds that may be single or double occupancy and cost extra.
Full access to all amenities, including a heated salt water pool, hot tub, fire pits, hammocks, and easy access to the beach.

Heartwood Retreat Center

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia, Heartwood Retreat Center provides a wonderful opportunity for escaping the everyday grind. This retreat will honor Mother Nature’s beauty through mindful breathing, asana, hiking, and a special craft project. Heartwood Retreat Center provides healthy, organic, vegetarian meals and will accommodate gluten free and vegan diets. There are 2 lovely studios for yoga practice, as well as a red light sauna and hot tub.
Yogis may arrive anytime after 4 pm on the 25th and will depart after brunch on the 28th. When we have a list of participants, carpools may be arranged, if desired. Make it a fun road trip!

What’s included
Three nights lodging. Each of the 5 rooms in Heartwood House has 2 single beds. If we have more than 10 participants, we will also use the Garden House that has 2 rooms, each with 2 single beds, one room with a king, and one with a queen. I am not able to reserve a king or queen room unless I know we will have 10+ participants, however you may express interest in one, should we use the Garden House.
Delicious and nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner (dinner only on the 25th and brunch on the 28th before departure).
Full access to facility, studios, hot tub, sauna, hiking trails.
3 yoga practices each day (morning spicy flow, morning gentle flow, and evening restorative, Nidra, and/or yin.

We are excited to return to Dominica in December! Last year’s December participants found this to be a perfect time to escape the holiday madness, recenter, and reflect on what is truly important.
This year we are offering THREE options. You may choose one of the 5-day retreats, or stay for both!
What’s included in each 5-Day Retreat
Transportation to and from DOM airport.
Three yoga offerings each day. One spicy, one gentle, and one yin and/or restorative.
Yoga ABC class for beginners.
Gorgeous accommodations with private patio, organic linens, toiletries, French press coffee maker, mini-fridge.
Rooms have the option of one king bed or two single beds.
Three healthy, local, organic meals each day that can accommodate vegan/vegetarian/gluten free diets.
Unlimited fresh juices, tea, coffee, and cocoa tea (Amy’s favorite!)
One 30 minute spa treatments (but you may add more!)
3 Guided adventures (hiking, snorkeling,etc.)
