Dec 3-8 Cultivating Gratitude


We are excited to return to Dominica in December. Last year’s December participants found this to be a perfect time to escape the holiday madness, recenter, and reflect on what is truly important.

What’s included in each 5-Day Retreat:

  • Transportation to and from DOM airport.

  • Three yoga offerings each day. One spicy, one gentle, and one yin and/or restorative.

  • Yoga ABC class for beginners.

  • Gorgeous accommodations with private patio, organic linens, toiletries, French press coffee maker, mini-fridge.

  • Rooms have the option of one king bed or two single beds.

  • Three healthy, local, organic meals each day that can accommodate vegan/vegetarian/gluten free diets.

  • Unlimited fresh juices, tea, coffee, and cocoa tea (Amy’s favorite!)

  • One 30 minute spa treatments (but you may add more!)

  • 3 Guided adventures (hiking, snorkeling,etc.)

  • On site Herbal Medicine Class, Story of Jungle Bay Presentation, and Tour of Jungle Bay’s Property.

Villa Suites are 800 square feet and include one king and one daybed (single).

*Note that an ocean view room is deemed “partial”, as there are a lot of flora surrounding each room’s patio, and you never know when a mango tree may be blocking some of your view! Also, this is not a beachfront resort. It is located on a volcanic cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
